Your personal data concerning: name, affiliation, e-mail address, telephone, billing details shall be processed in connection with your participation in the Conference “Workshop on Ultracold Molecules 2025”, hereinafter referred to as the “Conference”.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Protection of Personal Data.
Your data will not be processed by automated means.
Your Data will be processed by the provider of Google Workspace for non-profit provide –Google (with whom the Foundation has signed a contract for the processing of personal data) in its data processing centres [2].
